Here are some of my favourite images from a recent shoot. Rachel has such an amazing face, and Christian Felices is a wonderful photographer, I thought I’d do a breakdown of all product i used for this look:

For both looks I prepared the skin firstly by cleansing and then moisturising using Avene Rich Skin Recovery Cream and then used MAC strobe cream on the highlights of the face. For a base I used MAC face & body in C1, I also used MAC Full Coverage foundation NC15 around the lips/chin to emphasise the red lipstick. I didnt want to use this all over the skin as Rachel has beautiful freckles and I would hate to loose them under make-up. I then applied MAC Cream Colour Base in Pearl to the highlights of the cheeks, inner corner of the eyes and bridge of the nose. For the eyes I use Smashbox Full Exposure Palette in the matt brown colours all over the lid and into socket line, for the waterline I highlighted the whites of Rachels eyes using MAC Kohl in White, on the top image I also applied a small amount of mascara, Maybeline Great Lash in Black, this is waterproof and as we were wetting the hair I didn’t want any mascara to run and ruin the look!

I wanted the brows quite messy so brushed them up and filled in hairs using a brown gel liner from Maybeline.

I then lined the lips using MAC Redd lipliner, and for a classic satin finish I used MAC Red lipstick. To finish the look I used a small amount of blush, mixing MAC Blush and Fleur Power and then set the face with MAC Set Powder.
