I have been so quiet on my blog, I have been crazy busy the last few months! I will be (trying) to update more posts on here... But in the mean time here is a beautiful image from one of my August bank holiday brides, Jenny.
See below for a run down of the key products I used to create this classic bridal look:
After prepping Jenny's skin and applying Benefit Porefessional as a primer I used MAC Painterley paint pot to prime the eyelid.
I used a soft brown kohl from Charlotte Tilbury and matte shadows from Smashbox to create a subtle smokey eye, short Ardell individual lashes to thicken and lift without looking obvious. (and lashings of waterproof mascara)
MAC face & body for base as Jenny has flawless skin and wanted a really natural look. A little pro longer concealer from MAC in the high points of the face and under the eyes for highlight and concealer.
I loved that she even asked for a few faux freckles, which I created using MAC brows in Stud & Lingering. I also used the Stud pencil to define Jenny's eyebrows.
Charlotte Tilburys amazing contour and highlight wands gave a beautiful soft contour to Jenny's cheek bones and the highlighter has an amazing radiant shine to it.
As its summer and for a natural contour I used Chanel Soleil De Tan as a bronzer.
Lip colour is the iconic (& my favourite) Charlotte Tilbury Pillowtalk liner and lipstick duo.
I set the makeup using Charlotte Tilbury's flawless finish powder and set using Urban Decay setting spray...
A few secret finishing touches and the look was complete!
